Tip of the Week:
Pluto in Capricorn is a major cycle that will last until 2023! Pluto in any sign is an indication that the themes and principles and the outer world realities associated with that sign will undergo purification and consequently, change and transformation. That Pluto was recently re-classified as a dwarf planet is no reason to believe that its impact will be any less. Along this line of thinking, its new special classification among the rest of the planets in the solar system could be seen to actually give it special status. Put another way, as the great poet poignantly said, “A rose is a rose by any other name.” Pluto is an agent of transformation and this fact is demonstrable. The point is such superficial and materialistic reductions are just that. Fortunately, leading edge science itself has broken through the walls of materialism with quantum physics and now finds itself sharing the same sentiments as the mystics and metaphysicians. Now, it is up to people and society in general to catch up and this is the fundamental challenge of our times. This does not eradicate good engineering and/or denigrate life in the physical, it simply designates it to its rightful place in our perceptions, as the material stage created by and upon which the spirit manifests. Pluto will prove to have a very transformational effect upon society in general and governmental institutions in particular, because these are symbolically associated with Capricorn. Pluto’s transit through Sagittarius, the sign of religion, is now complete. Although religion still exists, it has been duly transformed all over the world. In the process, much corruption and imbalance has been brought to the surface and addressed. That there is more to be done in this regard is linked, in part, to the fact that religious and governmental institutions are tightly interwoven. This may have and continue to serve certain purposes, but can also be recognized as a source of much confusion and mass manipulation, which is ongoing. That humanity is currently undergoing the convergence of much larger cycles and that it is all part of a larger evolutionary process is a simple way to qualify the reason for the greater ongoing process. Synchronistically, the ruling planet for Sagittarius, Jupiter, is in the sign of Capricorn now as Pluto moves in. All being well, the corruptions that currently hold them together will be purified and transformed over the next 15 years and government affairs and religious realities, practices and institutions will become disentangled and liberated to function more purely along the lines of their respective purposes. Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 20) A whole new adventure has begun. With change comes opportunity and vice versa. Acting upon opportunity requires willpower, courage and calculated risk. You probably need to exercise all three to engage. Meetings, travel, education and training are part of the package. A sober even humble approach is ideal, perhaps necessary. A wider world is opening and it is important for you to learn to fly! Taurus (Apr 20 – May 21) It is said that true peace and freedom are to be found within. You may yearn for these precious states now. On other fronts, the revolution of our times is dissolving divisions and borders. Consequently, new mergers are available, perhaps even necessary. Trusting the flow, you will access that inner peace and freedom by embracing new beliefs and philosophies. New days, new ways! Gemini (May 21 – Jun 21) Diamonds in the rough are yours to claim now. Even the largest and most pure of diamonds had to be mined, then cleaned and cut, smoothed and polished. If the going is tough, change your attitude and perspective as necessary to persevere. Accept the steps, the pace and the process. If you feel you are only getting rocks, enjoy the scenery, as you can, and look for a new place to dig. Cancer (Jun 22 – Jul 22) Realizing your dreams and ideals requires that you first know what they are. Closer to ground, you recognize the world is changing quickly now and you feel impelled to make extra efforts to keep pace. Knowing that you are not alone can prove helpful to keep your spirits up. Beyond outer realities, the times are requiring new beliefs and perspectives, visions and attitudes. When the going gets tough…. Leo (Jul 23 – Aug 23) A new wave of creative inspiration finds you eager to dive in. Tuning in as well to the changing times –to what is popular or in vogue - is important to know. It’s not so much about joining the herd as it is about aligning your energy with the trends of our times. As they change so must we, for the sake of success in the market place. Aim to improve, restore and fortify the stage for your scene. Virgo (Aug 24 – Sep 22) Home is a place where friends can meet. It is also a place for creative expressions as well as for retreat. If these attributes are not available, then you will feel inspired to make some key moves and decisions to make adjustments as necessary. Interior design and renovation are more likely than a major move, but even that is possible. If these are in place, take the time to appreciate your space. Libra (Sep 23 – Oct 22) Your energy and enthusiasm is rising. This may be necessary to offset other disruptions and changes close to home. What was has changed and other parts are melting, but you feel O.K. with it somehow, even happy or at least confident. It is ever important to focus upon the positive and the planet positions say you feel able to do this now. It can take energy to stay positive, but the reward is more energy. Scorpio (Oct 23 – Nov 21) Accumulating things can be fun and gathering creative ideas can prove empowering. Both may be important to you now, especially the inspirations that you can creatively apply to practical ends. Set your intention if you are not already on the trail to gather new ideas and fresh perspectives, techniques and skills. Take an experimental and innovative approach for self-discovery! Sagittarius (Nov 22 – Dec 21) Your pioneering spirit has awakened and you are eager to explore new territory. A sober and humble approach probably feels right these days. Yet, you are also in the mood to assert yourself, to push for what you want. Of course, truth and justice can be hard to come by in this day and age. Then again, they may be what you are determined to seek and find, or create. Consider that both are relative. Capricorn (Dec 22 – Jan 19) With so much change and transformation happening in your personal world, this may be a good time to retreat. Inner work and self exploration is the call. These often require courage and effort that goes unseen. Accept it as part of the deal you have with your personal destiny. Keep your imagination in check and exercise healthy scepticism, believing nothing. Rather, seek first hand knowledge. Aquarius (Jan 20 – Feb 19) At deeper levels, major changes are brewing. Yet, on the surface, you are excited to discover new angles and possibilities. With this, new acquaintances and perhaps friendships are yours to enjoy. Amidst passionate purpose and ambition, it is also good to play and enjoy the journey with others. Beyond the pleasure principle, some of these new connections may also prove profitable. Pisces (Feb 20 – Mar 20) The time has come to make your presence more clearly known. Who are your friends and allies? What opportunities and resources are available to you now? Who can help or is positioned to offer you leverage? Have you earned returns but need to request the favour? Exercise vision, make a plan and act on it. This window is wide open now, but it will close again; so get going with full integrity and resolve. |
