Horoscope for the week starting July 17, 2009

Tip of the Week:

            Feelings and emotions are keys to co-creation. When it comes to working the magic, feelings must be activated. Mind and body alone are not sufficient. Our brains very much function through feeling. The various emotional states that we experience, positive or negative, are subject to neuro chemical activity. This, in turn, functions on the basis of electrical synapses and molecular and cellular communication matrixes that stem from our thoughts and feelings.

            Our changing times include a marriage of neuroscience and of quantum mechanics. When combined, these deep scientific understandings of how consciousness operates in the physical dimension illustrate a mysterious and mystical world and in addition to these words leading scientists are left with little choice but to refer to the overall reality as a magical matrix. With this understanding, the nature of the holographic universe is coming to our conscious awareness. Multiple dimensionalities are now a matter of course. Humanity is rapidly re-awakening to this understanding in its own unprecedented way.

            From this new paradigm, metaphysics is rapidly re-emerging as significant in popular consciousness. Astrology is one of the master sciences of metaphysics. Another is the power of thought to co-create with the greater creation, which we refer to as reality. Astrology offers deeper themes and understandings and higher ideals and probability paths and experiences within the vast spectrum of possibility. The voice of the cosmos speaks of evolutionary needs and processes and refers to the ‘thy will be done’ principle of the soul. The current vogue of ‘my will be done’ is also available but can quickly lapse into tempting fate with selfishness as opposed to meaningful service. Astrology offers a deeper rhyme and reason to our co-creations.

Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 20)

Much activity surrounding home and family continues. Thoughts about security are a central theme. Perhaps it is the security that comes from nutrition of finances or self esteem, or life after death or that everyone in your world will be happy and well. Since change is the law, we gain security by way of cooperative acceptance with it. This implies a sober and realistic outlook. Of course, a merely materialistic outlook produces insecurity. Life is a game so play and laugh and expresses love more and do it now.

Taurus (Apr 20 – May 21)

Exchanging thoughts and feelings with lovers and other players is keeping you busy. Ambitions to achieve more are running high and this includes new streams of income and cultivating your talents. Yet, what to choose to focus upon may be an issue.  Combine practical goals with enjoyable activity – the wisdom of the ages. Meanwhile, you may be experiencing something of a cat and mouse game. To enjoy the chase go at a steady pace!

Gemini (May 21 – Jun 21)

Getting clear on what you need verses what you simply want is in the spotlight. Having both is great, but making sure they are in the right order is important. If you fill up on wants you may be needy. If you go strong on meeting needs, achieving the many wants will become light and fluffy bonuses. The tricky part is that we need a certain balance of both but no one else can tell us what those are. The time is right to flirt with the possibilities and to take assertive strides to achieve. So, what will it be now, wants or needs?

Cancer (Jun 22 – Jul 22)

Explorations into the inner reaches of your mind should be keeping you busy now. You are more courageous than usual to understand things more as they are than as you would like them to be. This is a healing process of awakening and vice versa. As timing is of the essence, trust that it must be time and intend to tune-in. The shifts and changes that are brewing suggest new beginnings, friendships and alliances. Expect to encounter some real power players, both within and without.

Leo (Jul 23 – Aug 23)

Much activity behind the scenes moving and shaking things without is a central theme now. Stimulating connections and networking is ‘all the buzz’. This trend will continue and in some respects is just getting started, in light of long term practical objectives. The process includes healing, fixing, improving and repairing wherever it feels necessary. Yes, trust your feelings about where and how to refine and sharpen. Meanwhile, deeper realizations are surfacing. Raise the bar on your own expressions.

Virgo (Aug 24 – Sep 22)

You may have more than just a few unusual stripes and they are quite apparent to others these days. Straight lines are good, especially on paper. But curves, spirals and zigzags make the game so much more interesting. As you push for new prospects and possibilities, you feel alive. The next task is to seek for or originate the tools, methods and approaches to bring your unique ideas into reality. Why not try it a different way? What it is is for you to decide. Follow your intuitions and break the old mould.

Libra (Sep 23 – Oct 22)

Deeps stirrings and rumblings are occurring in your world. These are very powerful and indicate endings. What was is rapidly dissolving, on certain fronts. Ideally, this is proving to be a liberating process. At worst, you feel afraid of the unknown. Either way, your fires are ignited and will soon escalate into a blaze. With the right attitude this could all prove very exciting. However, it may not be easy and you may need help. Reach out for assistance as you can and as is necessary. Affirm your worth and power to prevail.

Scorpio (Oct 23 – Nov 21)

Go big or go home! Sometimes, this is the best attitude to take and this may be one of those times. Some intense encounters and exchanges are indicated. You may be pushed to see things in a new light. These other players carry a level of authority that you are probably wise to heed. Consider that somehow what is happening is so ‘for’ you and not ‘to’ you. This is easier said than done but indicates a higher consciousness perspective. See yourself and the world and in the world in new ways!

Sagittarius (Nov 22 – Dec 21)

Some cycles are deeper than others and this is one of them. Psychological issues may be surfacing. Consider that if you are being affected, whether the issues are coming from within or without, they hold a message for you. You can choose to weather the storm or you can choose to grow from the process. However, the other players are going to be hard to ignore. An attraction/repulsion process is likely. Exercise compassion for yourself and the situation and avoid self pity. You will be laughing loudly again soon!

Capricorn (Dec 22 – Jan 19)

Nurturing dynamic relations is a central focus now. This will soon lead to the need to do research and to clear and purge what is in the way. Fortunately, your energies are running high now and you are in the mood to ‘do the work’. You are willing to give to people and situations but you may feel extra determined to get something in return. Investments of some kind will also gain more of your attention. Aim for diversity in this regard verses long-term whole hog approaches.

Aquarius (Jan 20 – Feb 19)

Consolidating a firm foundation of healthy habits, rhythms and choices continues. As a rather long process of metamorphosis enters its final stages, the butterfly will soon emerge for the cocoon. It is now time to at least imagine flying and, as you are not in an actual cocoon, to practice. With a pioneering, playful, experiential and experimental approach you will be dialled to the rhythm of this next lunar cycle.

Pisces (Feb 20 – Mar 20)

You are in the mood to move and shake these days. Perhaps you are renovating your home or buying new furniture. At deeper levels, you may feel the desire to improve your offering or to present a fresh new expression. Enjoying quality time close to home with family may be exactly what you need in preparation for a more dynamic cycle. Tend to your creative interests now as well. You will soon be a social butterfly in full flight.
