Tip of the Month:
In 2026, September equates to a Universal 1-Month. In this regard, we can anticipate some significant fresh starts and new initiatives, especially since 2026 is a Universal 1-Year. The Astrology supporting this includes tight alignments of: Mercury at 13 Virgo, Mars at 13 Cancer, Jupiter at 13 Leo, and Saturn at 13 Aries – all at 13 degrees on September 1.
The outer manifestation of this is directly associated with the changing economy on a global scale linked to the internet and, therefore, AI and a shift in the global balance of power. Positively, it will contribute to a smoother flow of international trade.
Mercury in Virgo and Venus in Libra are supportive factors since both planets are in the signs they rule. However, since both planets move quite quickly, in astronomical terms, they will not remain there long. Interestingly, they both enter Scorpio and Libra respectively on September 10, both just hours prior to the New Moon at 18 Virgo 26.
While Mercury can prove to be a diplomatic, intelligent, and suave gentleman in Libra, Venus in Scorpio is a charming seductress. Venus here has ambitions beyond love, romance and passion and will do whatever is necessary to fulfill her desires. Together, this combination can prove very persuasive indeed. Mars in Cancer, all the while, is driving to get to the bottom of things, and quite assertively, even with an aggressive edge, works to remove any deadwood, both literally and figuratively.
By September 30, Mercury will also enter Scorpio to join forces with Venus. This is where the diplomatic demeanor switches to spy mode. A deeper investigation into matters is one expression, while secret deals are another.
By October 6, Mercury will form a conjunction with Venus, which will have turned retrograde a few days earlier.
Mercury and Venus conjoined generally manifests as an artistic flair, and while in Scorpio, the emphasis is on social and political cunning. That Venus will form a hard square to Mars in Leo by October 10, coinciding with the Libra New Moon, will be the focus for next month. For now, it is the build-up which should prove riddled with ruthless competition and intrigue.
All the while, the Autumn Equinox occurs on September 22 when the Sun enters Libra. Just several hours prior, the Sun (at the last or 29th degree of Virgo) forms an awkward, pure-oriented Scorpio aspect (upper inconjunct) with Chiron retrograde at 29 Aries. This will synchronize with events pushing people to awaken and break free from gullible and conformist perspectives to see larger realities with greater depth and clarity.
The very day of the Virgo New Moon on September 10, Uranus also turns retrograde at 5 Gemini 42. It joins Saturn, Chiron, Neptune, and Pluto, all retrograde. Retrograde periods are the deepening of evolutionary processes, which generally include change and transformation. These tend to include personal challenges and drama, the specific details of which must be assessed on a more person-to-person basis.
More specifically, Uranus at this degree and retreating back to 1 Gemini 40 on February 8, 2027, will shake people awake who have planets and angles at this degree range, especially in Gemini, Sagittarius, Virgo, Pisces and Capricorn. If you have planets at 1 degree or within a degree either side, you will especially experience the potency of this manifesting due to apparently purely circumstantial dynamics, but which are in fact specific features of your destiny.
Where Saturn turned retrograde on July 26 when at 14 Aries, by December 10 it will arrive at 7 Aries 56. So, if you have planets or angles in this degree range, especially if they are in Aries, Libra, Cancer or Capricorn, and Scorpio, you will experience the pressure to meet the challenges requiring a disciplined determination to enter new territory, again specific to your destiny.
Neptune also in Aries, turned retrograde on July 7 while at 4 Aries 25. By December 10 when it turns retrograde, it will have arrived at 1 Aries 37. So, planets at this degree range in the same signs mentioned above will also experience challenges to let go of the old to make way for the new. Since Neptune tends to dissolve whatever it touches, the letting go will not really be a choice anyway.
Pluto turned retrograde way back in early May while at 5 Aquarius 31, and by October 15 it will have arrived at 3 Aquarius 04. So, if you have planets in this degree range. Pluto’s pressure can prove significant indeed as it forces anything toxic to the surface to be removed, and resistance is futile.
So, while these dates of the line-up of far planets retrograde extend beyond September, it can be used as a time of reflection and awareness to see the destined dynamics at play in your world more clearly. Admittedly, doing so with greater clarity is where Astrology comes to the fore. Of course, as always, every case must be assessed on its own ground to really see the implications.
One thing is for certain: September is destined to be a powerful month when significant new beginnings will occur at both personal and collective levels.

In 2026, August is a Universal 9-Month symbolic of endings, completions, graduations and preparation for the 1-Month that follows in September.
9 is symbolic of endings and completions, but can also be interpreted as graduations or transitions. In these regards, it can be understood as dynamic and future-oriented, yet also sometimes manifest as suffering, sorrow and drama in general due to the theme of endings, compounded by avoidance, resistance and denial.
Another expression of 9 in Numerology is the idealistic aspiration to humanistic causes. Concern for the welfare of others, especially those less fortunate, usually in terms of their financial status and opportunities, in short, the poor of society, but also those whose personalities are contrary to the social flow, producing fringe cultures that feel rejected. The modern ‘woke movement’ summarily encompasses this theme.
Astrologically, a rare alignment of far planets including Jupiter in Leo, Uranus in Gemini, Neptune in Aries and Pluto in Aquarius, each at about 4 degrees of their respective signs, is a highlight feature of summer 2026 and was especially active from July 20 to 24, yet will linger and spill over into August.
The Lunar Nodes shifting from Pisces and Virgo to Aquarius and Leo as of July 27 is among the bigger news. Over its 18-month cycle, this nodal influence will push us all to break old ego patterns and to think and act humanistically or to simply make way for the steady march of change, accelerated by this influence.
Venus square Mars as August begins adds an edgy dynamic to love relationships. This square can manifest as relationship struggles and conflicts. More positively, while this influence could indeed manifest as the breakdown or ending of close, personal, and especially romantic relationships, it could also manifest as processes that lead to breakthroughs. As ever, much depends on the deeper destiny at play, and life is not simply random and subject to chance, but free will choice does also play a major role. Venus square Mars can also manifest as friction and heat that produces passion and desire. Yet with Venus in Mercury-ruled Virgo, and Mars in Mercury-ruled Gemini, and with Mercury still in emotional, moody Cancer, well…, the results could indeed prove mixed.
A Solar Eclipse on August 12 could prove explosive, or at least edgy, due in large measure to the influence of Mars at 0 Cancer and the exact degree of the Eclipse, which includes a strong dose of Aries energy. I will elaborate in the August 7 horoscope.

July 2026 is destined to be epic. Expect the drama quotient to increase noticeably. Not surprisingly, it is a Universal 8-Month, symbolic of the game of life associated with the core theme of power.
With ‘go big or go home’ Jupiter now in fiery Leo as of June 29 embarking on its 1-year cycle, Mars in Gemini where it is extra energetic and forming a powerful conjunction with Uranus at a complicated degree, Mercury Retrograde in Cancer where it is emotionally complex, and starting under the waning light of the June 30th Full Moon in revolutionary Aquarius, and the Lunar Nodes shifting from Pisces and Virgo to revolutionary Aquarius and Leo on July 27, get ready major events with global implications.
With transformational Pluto in revolutionary, future-oriented and high tech Aquarius, the recent Saturn/Neptune at 0 Aries, plus Uranus after its 7+ year tour of Taurus since 2018 (where it tends to manifest is like a bulldozer pushing through large obstacles) entering curious, communicative Gemini for its next 7-year transit where the digital world will rise to new peaks, Jupiter in dramatic Leo as of late June and then the Lunar North Node entering Aquarius in mid-July, and the Solar Eclipses in Aquarius and Leo in August… altogether are suggestive that summer 2026 is destined to be a hot one, both literally and figuratively.
Given the reality of the war in Iran and the ongoing troubles in the Middle East contributing to higher oil costs, the consequences of which invariably affect every aspect of the economies of every country in the world, well we are wise to be at least mentally and emotionally aware, but perhaps more literally as well as with stocking up on supplies sooner as opposed to what could amount to crisis of reactions later.
The recent historic Saturn/Neptune conjunction at 0 Aries is probably the main instigator of the many changes unfolding the world over. Unprecedented and extreme weather conditions in Europe, the Iran war, which extends to the Islamic world in general, and the many earthquakes around the world, most notably in Venezuela, are just some of the outer manifestations of the theme of a major reset associated with it. It should be noted that its influence will continue for the entire duration of its approximate 35-year cycle!
In the shorter term, Pluto in Aquarius will get extra activated when the North Node enters Aquarius in July, as will Uranus.
In turn, Uranus will be forming what is called an ‘Upper Trine’ (120 degrees) to Pluto on July 17 while Pluto is retrograde. An Upper Trine is symbolically associated with Sagittarius, the sign of the higher-minded pursuit of knowledge and truth. Philosophy, ethics and principles are core features of Sagittarius.
On a more subjective level, Sagittarius is symbolic of self-honesty as a means of seeing through and beyond belief, biases, assumptions and prejudices. Positively, the Trine will inspire orientations to these at a collective level. Uranus is symbolically associated with critical, creative thinking and intuition and is described as the planet of illumination, but also of sudden events and unexpected, radical changes.
It is also very significant that starting on July 15, Uranus Dx will form a socially stimulating and opportunistic Sextile aspect (60 degrees) to Neptune, and then on July 17/18 (depending on your time zone), to Neptune, and then Neptune will form a Sextile as well to Pluto on July 24/25. In the midst of these events, Jupiter newly in Leo will form close consecutive aspects to all three of the Trans-Social planets starting on July 20 as a Trine to Neptune, and later that very day as a stressful Opposition (180-degrees) aspect to Pluto, and the very next day on July 21 as a sextile to Uranus!
All the while Mercury will be in its completion stage of its 2nd Retrograde cycle of the year, thus ‘stationary’ or at a veritable standstill while in Cancer, one of its most challenging sign positions when retrograde. Mercury will then turn Direct again on July 23, the day the Sun forms a hard Square (90 degrees) to Chiron, newly in Taurus.
Saturn turns retrograde on July 26/27, and the Sun makes its annual Opposition to Pluto later that very day, and then forms consecutive aspects to Neptune and then Uranus, as a Trine and then a Sextile, consecutively on July 27.
Then, under the light of the Full Moon in Aquarius on July 29, the Sun will form a powerful Conjunction with Jupiter moving fast in Leo, in the context of a challenging Square between Venus and Mars in Virgo and Gemini, consecutively, earlier that day!

In 2026, June is a Universal 7-month. Symbolic of deep research and analysis on one hand, and imagination and mysticism on the other, it is a special number. Trust and faith are yet other themes, as is the theme of spiritual initiation.
June begins under the Full Blue Moon light that occurred on May 31. The New Moon on June 14 culminates to Full on June 29, coinciding with Mercury turning retrograde and Jupiter entering fiery, creative, dramatic Sun-ruled Leo, which casts a strong vote as the indicator of the initiation, by fire!
This fire need not be painful, as fire is also symbolic of inspiration, energetic enthusiasm, and passionate action, but it could be for some. That is the way it goes in duality. While some experience the planetary alignment and activations as heavenly, others could be in hell. This only seems contradictory when one projects their experiences of reality, assuming it to be reality itself, confused by the fact that others think and feel differently.
Yet, this initiation could well come with a collective impact. This does indicate a very large event of some kind.
Of course, the war in Iran can be cited as an example of this collective change as it represents a major shift of power with global implications. The accelerating pace of AI is another example, especially as it leads to digital ID’s and currencies. Generally indicative of foundational features of a ‘new world order’, it comes with political shifts from democracies to technocracies. The issue with the latter is that it would be enforced by the digital control of people’s finances, which is another way of describing totalitarian control.
As our outer freedoms decline, a wise response is to cultivate inner freedom. This implies enriching your inner life. In turn, a rich inner life invites increased self-awareness and supporting identification with a clear sense of authenticity and individuality. This is a core theme associated with the Aquarian Age, which is here now and will be for many centuries.

May 2026 equates to a Universal 6-Month. Symbolic of beauty, harmony, responsibility, management, and healthy parenting too.
Uranus, now officially in Gemini, is big news.
The Full Moon at 11 Scorpio 21 on May 1 kicks off the month with depth, mystery, and passionate resolve. This theme is even further amplified by the fact that it coincides with the Pagan tradition of Beltane on the very same day. This degree of Scorpio is strongly associated with Neptune-ruled Pisces, which is in Aries, so May will begin on a hot note alright.
Of course, it is the culmination of the previous New Moon that occurred on April 17 in Aries. What is significant about this is that both Aries and Scorpio are ruled by proactive, action-oriented, assertive, aggressive Mars.
Mars entered its own ruling sign of Aries on April 9 and will enter Taurus on May 18. Over the course of its transit through its own sign, Mars made conjunctions with Neptune, then Saturn, both of which are also in Aries on April 13 and , respectively, activating approximately 2-year cycles with each planet.
This is especially significant in terms of Saturn since it is the only conjunction it will form with Saturn while it is in Aries. This combination can be understood to be deliberate, strategic, decisive, and packed with resolve. Understanding the overall objective requires a broader and deeper understanding of the contextual framework, the much bigger picture.
Achieving this is a complex task indeed, but is possible, at a significantly advanced level of astrological understanding. Keeping it simple, the background, contextual reality, not surprisingly, reveals massive, revolutionary change destined to literally change the balance of power on the global stage.

The Taurus New Moon on May 16 will activate orientations to home and family, along with a distinct emphasis on security too, thanks to Venus in Cancer. Venus in the sign of home loves comfort, familiarity, and security, and is resistant to change, unless it increases the above or adds beauty to it.
On the heels of the Taurus New Moon, Mercury entering Gemini on the 17th followed by the Sun on the 20th, will increase the chatter on the airwaves. Among other things, Mercury will form a conjunction with Uranus, which entered Gemini on April 25. Uranus will transit through the sign of the twins for the next 7 years.
Mercury entering Gemini, which is its own ruling sign, will form a conjunction with Uranus just hours after the Moon and the Sun will follow suit on May 22, each contributing to the first new cycle activations with Uranus.
These new cycle activations will synchronize with increased excitement and even a higher volume of chatter and debate on the airwaves the world over as people project their perceptions and beliefs, credulous that everyone else does not see it as they are inclined and have been conditioned to.
On May 18, Mars will enter Taurus, and Venus will enter Cancer. Positively, this combination of factors will support an emphasis on home and family and what really matters most to people, in terms of sentimental feelings.
Mars forming a hard square to Pluto in Aquarius (the conjunction of which was activated on January 27) will prove impactful as well, causing opposing forces on every front to double-down on their resolve to win, or to simply survive.
May ends with a Full Moon in Sagittarius on the 31st, which qualifies as a Blue Moon, because it is the second Full Moon in the same calendar month. This occurs on average once every 2.7 years. There is more that can be said, but this should be enough to illustrate just how exciting, eventful, and dramatic May 2026 is destined to be.

April equates to a Universal 5-Month, symbolic of curiosity supported by an experiential and experimental approach.
The Full Moon in Libra on April 1 will launch the month on an exciting note. This will include a spring cleaning in a whole sense, meaning more than just clearing clutter.
Mercury and Mars wading through the final degree of Pisces can be described as survivors of a shipwreck washed up on the shore, feeling exhausted but happy to be alive in the physical, with the joy of discovering that others and loved ones are too. So, the Sun in Aries is when they saw the land, then the storm, then the crawling out of the surf, then recentering with fire and food and salvaging and recharging with a growing resolve and determination.
With the Sun in Aries along with Saturn and Neptune, and Mars in Aries as of April 9, and then Mercury entering Aries on April 14, these themes will become increasingly evident. The fact that Mercury finally comes out of its post-shadow period the very day that Mars enters Aries, (or arrives where it was when it turned retrograde), is yet another contributing factor to the rising energy levels.
The New Moon in Aries on April 17 will more officially launch spring. The Sun in Aries on Spring Equinox can be described as an ignition, but the New Moon is more fully the blast-off.
Positively, a slow start to spring has perhaps proven quite satisfying, and hopefully, you have been able to tune in and enjoy the pace. Now, the accelerating pace will prove motivating and energizing. The Sun in Taurus, as of April 9, and Mercury entering Taurus also by May 2, will support a grounded and industrious attitude. But it could feel a little delayed as well, in terms of genuinely getting things accomplished.
Venus and Uranus entering Gemini on April 23 and 25 will add spirit to the punch. The fact that Venus will form a conjunction with Uranus at 29 Taurus, just hours prior to entering Gemini, is a sign to be patient and persevering with productivity and progress throughout the year.
2026 is a Universal 1-year, which is more about initiatives than feeling landed and grounded. By way of analogy, imagine you have plans to take a flight to another country where you will remain for a while, perhaps even forever. March in 2026 equates to a Universal 4 Month, associated with establishing solid foundations.
Ironically, Mercury in Pisces has been Retrograde since late February, and it is not a solid factor for such a task, especially combined with the Sun also in Pisces. So, the solution is to design the foundation you feel you need to build before you actually build it.
The Sun enters Aries on March 20, just hours prior to Mercury turning direct again – supporting more direct action.
What is your vision? Outline a plan. You might be able to do some groundwork involving deliberate action, but focus more on preparation than holding yourself to the bigger actions or investments.
With the influences of the Solar Eclipse a couple of weeks ago on February 17, and then a historic Conjunction indicative of some form of reset, pay attention to the signs and where the flow is leading. Destiny is always at play, but the apparent impulse can prove stronger at times. Such times include the activation of Solar Eclipses – the true ‘Super Moons’. The irony of this is that they occur when the Moon is New, not Full.
Of course, the Full Moon can also prove quite powerful, especially when it is a Lunar Eclipse, which it will be on March 3 at 12 Virgo 54. In terms of interpretation, the Solar Eclipses tend to be more eventful and objective, while the Lunar Eclipses are generally more emotional. That the themes associated with the Solar Eclipse tend to manifest more fully at the time of the Full Moon blends the two together.
Sometimes the outer effect of a Solar Eclipse will be experienced prior to the actual event, while at others, soon thereafter, even right away. And sometimes the effect is delayed for longer periods, but always within 6-months of when the next Solar Eclipse occurs, which effectively activates a new process. Of course, sometimes the outer manifestations are so powerful and life-changing that their influence can be said to be ‘forever’.
Observing the synchronicities and endeavoring to understand their meaning and purpose is what Astrology is all about. Better yet, gaining a deeper understanding of your nature and destiny, primarily, is the key to your personal power. Free will is real within the context of the Divine Matrix (that life in this, at least apparently and for all intents and purposes, physical), material is subject to. It is a co-creative function designed to allow us to navigate the specifics of the here and now.
Destiny, on the other hand, is the deeper keel, rutter and intended direction of our journey of multiple experiences. Gaining a deeper understanding of how to work with them is strongly guided by determining the direction and purpose, which effectively motivates us at a deeper level than survival alone, or even the pursuit of leisure and pleasure. The proof of this is indicated by the mental and emotional states and attitudes we experience when survival, leisure, and pleasure are without a deeper purpose. These include escapism and addiction, depression, boredom, cynicism, and a sense of meaninglessness.
While you can determine some sense of purpose using your free will alone, the fact is that your deeper soul plan is already lodged within your subconscious mind. In this regard, Astrology is the cipher key tool that is able to decipher it with remarkable accuracy.
Returning to the focus of March…
it does of course, include Spring Equinox, which occurs on March 20 this year under a waxing Aries New Moon. This suggests that the feeling of spring will arrive early this year.
With Saturn and Neptune also in Aries and still ‘hot’ from their historic conjunction on February 20, Aries’ ruling planet, Mars, assumes a whole new level of power.
Ironically, Mars in Pisces is hardly the position where it burns hot and bright with full vigor. Since it is in ‘mutual reception’ with Neptune, meaning each planet is in the other’s ruling sign, they are mutually empowered. In this case, although spring will seem to come early, it will probably do so with a surprisingly slow saunter. Yet, it will become a trot and then a gallop soon after Mars enters Aries on April 9. The fact that Saturn and Neptune will form a conjunction in the first sign of the Zodiac, Aries, is also extra significant. Aries is the first sign of the Zodiac, symbolic of major new beginnings, and the conjunction is itself symbolically associated with Aries and is deemed the most powerful of all the aspects. Its power tends to spark major turns and initiatives of all kinds.
The last time Saturn formed a conjunction with Neptune was in 1989 in Capricorn. 1989 was a turning point in political history, dubbed the “Revolutions of 1989,” which synchronized with the toppling of the Berlin Wall, and which activated a domino effect of dictatorships being overthrown and culminated with the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991. 2026 is the first year of a new 9-Year cycle. While each year is unique, the first of a new cycle activates key themes. The previous one was 2017, when Donald Trump launched his ‘America First’ determination, China’s President, Xi Jinping, achieved greater prominence, and Brexit was announced. This short list continues to have a major global impact.
Now, with AI, digital ID and currency rising rapidly, the headlines are clear. These developments can be deemed obvious in light of modern technology. Our world is poised to enter a whole new age, let alone epoch or era. Specifically, it is the Age of Aquarius, the sign of high technology, computers, humanism, and the celebration of individuality within the group. That these themes have already been operative for a long time is true, but the 2,160-year Age has yet to officially begin in terms of sunrise; but, we are in the process right now.
The Moon’s Nodes changing signs, Saturn and Neptune entering Aries, Uranus entering Gemini, and Jupiter entering Leo highlight key astrological events. While all but Jupiter listed here already entered the signs outlined in 2025, they entered their final stint due to each planet turning retrograde. So, when they re-enter in 2026, it will be for the duration of their transit, which for Saturn is about 2.5 years, for Uranus about 7 and for Neptune about 13 years.
The infamous Chinese Year of the Fire Horse, beginning with a Solar Eclipse on February 17, 2026, contributes to the gravity. While it should not be interpreted literally, it is true that the Fire Horse Year is deemed challenging according to Chinese tradition. It has a way of ‘disrupting the status quo’, like a herd of horses galloping wildly through the outdoor marketplace. We are wise to at least take note and be as prepared in the whole sense of the word.

KEYNOTE: The capacity to utterly transform the character of one’s consciousness by radically altering the structural patterns of everyday living and the types of relationships one enters upon.
This is the second time within a very short span of the cycle that the butterfly symbol appears (cf. Aquarius 25°). Here, what is emphasized is the process of metamorphosis itself. It is the fourth symbol of a five-fold sequence, and it stresses the essential character of the activity required at this stage of the cycle, i.e. nothing short of a complete renewal of all the implications of being alive as a human individual will do. A radical change is needed. At this stage, this change is individual and mental, and it should be seen against the background of humanity as a whole. What is revealed is the potential ability of every human being to participate in a higher realm of evolution AFTER his or her emergence from a critical state of transition.
At this fourth stage of the sixty-fifth sub-cycle the Keyword is METAMORPHOSIS. In spiritual terms, this implies “Initiation,” i.e. entering a higher realm of conscious existence and there joining a sacred Company.
PHASE 330 (AQUARIUS 30°): DEEPLY BOOTED IN THE PAST OF A VERY ANCIENT CULTURE, A SPIRITUAL BROTHERHOOD IN WHICH MANY INDIVIDUAL MINDS ARE MERGED INTO THE GLOWING LIGHT OF A UNANIMOUS CONSCIOUSNESS IS REVEALED TO ONE WHO HAS EMERGED SUCCESSFULLY FROM HIS METAMORPHOSIS.
KEYNOTE: The ability for the person with an open mind and a deep feeling for self-transcendence to come in contact with higher forms of existence.
The originally recorded Sabian symbol stated: “The field of Ardath in bloom,” which referred to a scene in an occult novel by Marie Corelli centering upon ancient Babylon. The reference may well have been a “blind” inasmuch as Marc Jones has stressed his inner contact with a Brotherhood with Babylonian (or “Sabian”) roots. A spiritual Brotherhood constitutes a state of “multi-unity” — i.e. a multiplicity of individuals, if one thinks of the paths they trod to reach their final metamorphosis, but a unity of consciousness and “Soul” —thus unanimity (“anima” meaning Soul). In this spiritual Whole, each unit is a recognizable “form” or entity if one looks at it with the eyes of personality; but when seen through a unified spiritual vision or from a distance, the Whole appears to be one single area of radiant light. Similarly, when studied by the modern physicist, light can be apprehended either as a stream of identifiable particles (photons) or as one continuous wave. Whether it is seen as one or the other depends on the point of view.
This is the last and culminating symbol of Scene Twenty-two of the cyclic ritual. This is indeed a fitting symbol, as the number 22 symbolizes all forms of mastery. At any level, it is a symbol of spiritual group fulfillment — of CONSCIOUS TOTALITY OF BEING.
