On the heels of the rare Scorpio New Moon that occurred on November 20 (EST), the Sun enters the seasonal sign of Sagittarius the next day on the 21st.
It is rare because Mercury Retrograde is exactly aligned with the Sun and Moon at 28 Scorpio 12.
A Powerful Stellium
The stellium is part of a Grand Trine in Water, which therefore ‘pulls in’ the contributions of Venus in Scorpio, Jupiter in Cancer, and Saturn and Neptune still closely aligned in Pisces, adding much emotional depth and ‘psychological’… (water element) complexity.
While the outer, synchronistic manifestation of the archetypal, planetary alignments ever occurs at multiple levels, (adapting to the destiny of each individual, as well as to larger collective themes), the perennial challenge of Astrologers is to interpret with distinct and specific designation, a fact not commonly understood and requiring a deep understanding and appreciation of the holistic, non-linear, all-pervasive expression of archetypal principles that is perhaps best illustrated with fractal images associated with the Mandelbrot Set..
Saturn in Pisces Dissolving Structures and Institutions
Saturn in Pisces is what can be described as an ‘antithetical influence’ since Saturn is usually about structures, yet when in Pisces, it is about dissolving or disintegrating existing structures.
Since Saturn entered Pisces some 3 years ago in March 2023, in what can be described as the ‘post Covid-19 era’, the world certainly has experienced this process with numerous examples. Here is a short list:

The decline of traditional corporate structures, with remote, hybrid, or flexible work replacing rigid office culture.

Less trust in Government and institutions, and growing skepticism toward political leaders and bureaucratic agencies.

The decline of traditional journalism and legacy media, and the rise of citizen reporting, influencers, and decentralized independent news sources.

AI-generated content, which is blurring the line between human and machine-made media.

Decentralization in finance and destabilization of traditional banking systems toward the rise of cryptocurrencies and blockchain.
While these events may be deemed circumstantial, the fact that Saturn has been in Pisces, coinciding with these dissolutions, is synchronistic indeed.
Neptune in Pisces
Neptune in Pisces, its own ruling sign, is also in for its last push before entering Aries again in late January 2026, when it will embark on its 13+ year cycle signaling a whole new dream vision for humanity as a whole. With Saturn there as well as of mid-February 2026, if for only about 2.5 years, it will contribute to the major, initial thrust that can be expected by Cardinal, assertive, pioneering Aries. Since Neptune entered Pisces in early April 2011, whole new waves of spiritual vision have risen, some revived from past decades and eras altogether.
In general terms, in the past 13 years, there has been a notable rise in interest in spiritual practices and beliefs, particularly those rooted in indigenous cultures and New Age philosophies. Many people have sought spiritual awakening and transformation, often influenced by global events and a growing desire for personal and collective healing.
On the downside, Neptune in Pisces has also coincided with what many assert to be mass-deception, and has witnessed the illusory reality of AI creating avatars playing the role of actual humans that are often indistinguishable from actual people. This can be understood as the evolution of CGI, which has also been used at mass levels to deceive, going back to the 1960’s when Neptune was in Scorpio.
Venus in Scorpio in this water triangle of influence should not be estimated. While certainly a provocative and sexy placement for the planet of desire, sometimes mistakenly associated with Mars, (which is more fully the action to fulfill the desire of Venus), ‘she’ can be imagined as a very beautiful, seductive, and lethal player, as has become a common theme in cinema over the decades, using her beauty and seductive allure as a weapon, at least as much as a natural enticement to get attention.
Jupiter in Cancer in the triangle can be recognized as the sincere hero in the story, offering emotional upliftment, courage, and faith in the face of the inevitable unknown, whichis fast-approaching. Since it is disposited by the Moon, (which is in Scorpio – perhaps its most challenging sign placement symbolic of emotions rising high and falling fast and deeply, like a roller coaster), it is challenged to survive this ‘dark night’ passage.
That Uranus in Taurus (its ‘fall’ sign) is also in direct opposition to the New Moon stellium and positioned at the apex of what is referred to as a ‘Grand Kite configuration’ and at the critical 29th degree, (as is Neptune in Pisces, and both also ‘retrograde’, which in terms of the far planets indicates social revolution), adds megatons of TNT, so to speak.
Altogether, what Uranus’s special role indicates is a deep, secret, or hidden desire (Venus in Scorpio) to blast through and bulldoze old structures (Uranus in Decant of Capricorn).
This will occur at both collective and personal levels too.
This rather rare, triple conjunction (stellium) of Sun, Moon and Mercury, can be understood as the fuse… Since the Moon is ‘Cazimi’, which basically translates to mean that in its apogee position from our geocentric position, it ‘occupies the heart or center of the Sun’.
And since Mercury is metaphorically referred to as the ‘Moon of the Sun’ due to its moon-like characteristics, as with the ‘ever-changing or moody flow of the mind’ and which can also be Cazimi, due to its exact alignment with the Sun by longitude, it might well contribute to the generally auspicious amplification of the Cazimi Moon.
